Where will I get a plan?  Sutter Homes will work with your ideas, photo’s, sketches and pieces of your dream to create your one of a kind home with our team of talented architects. This process usually takes about 3 months.

How long will it take to build my house? A typical time frame for a home build is about 7 months from break-ground to move-in, (weather permitting). Our pre-planning packet and experienced suppliers and interior designer help guide you through the selection process.
